Ford's Commitment to Renewable Materials Led by Soy Foam

Soy Foam Renewable Material Use Ford Motor Company

Did you know it has been ten years since Ford introduced the use of soy foam in their vehicle seats?  It all started with soy foam use in the seat cushions of the 2008 Ford Mustang.  Now ten years later this change has meant more than 228 million pounds of carbon dioxide has not been poured into the atmosphere!   This has also led to Ford Motor Company exploring other areas of renewable materials to utilize in a variety of ways in our line-up of cars, trucks, and SUVs.

Visit Big Mike Naughton Ford in Aurora, Colorado for more information on Ford's commitment to renewability.  Our Denver showroom has a super variety of Ford vehicles for you to choose from.  Take a test drive and experience how comfortable these soy foam seats are!
