The Ford Motor Company has made quite an impressive showing in the 2019 J.D. Power U.S. Automotive Performance, Execution and Layout Study (APEAL). They were honored with five awards which was the most of any company or brand! It is no surprise that Ford swept the awards for all three pickup truck segments with its powerful and efficient lineup. The all-new Ford Ranger won for mid-size, the F-150 for the large light-duty segment, and the Super Duty in the large heavy-duty segment. The capable and spacious Ford Expedition won the top honor for the large SUV segment.
The J.D. Power APEAL study is in its 24th year of providing awards to the top vehicles in automotive segments. The study measures several factors such as the level of excitement regarding 77 attributes, including the owner's impression of the vehicle's power, comfort, and luxury.
