The new 2016 Ford Mustang comes in 10 different models. They range from the V6 Fastback (MSRP $24,145) to the EcoBoost Premium Convertible (MSRP $35,145) and the Shelby GT350R (MSRP $61,295). Each of the Mustang trim levels comes with the SYNC® technology, which allows for the driver to stay connected, all while keeping their eyes on the road and hands on the wheel. Other features depend on which trim level a Colorado 2016 Ford Mustang buyer chooses. Some extra features include Intelligent Access with push-button start, Tracks Apps™, and SiriusXM Satellite Radio.

There are four different engine types with the 2016 Ford Mustang. Those options are:

They are 6-Speed Manual, standard 6-Speed SelectShift® Automatic with Paddle Shifters, and the optional TREMEC® 6-speed manual (standard only on the GT350). The SelectShift® system gives the driver a dual-clutch experience when driving this vehicle. It's a transmission with benefits of both a manual and automatic transmission.

There are two front suspensions in the 2016 Ford Mustang depending on the trim level chosen. The two options are Double-ball-joint MacPherson strut with stabilizer bar and Double-ball-joint MacPherson strut with stabilizer bar and aluminum front knuckles. The rear suspension is the same on all of the trim levels with Integral-link independent with coil springs and stabilizer bar.

The 2016 Ford Mustang comes with many standard safety features, as well as several optional. The NHSTA gave it a 5 out of 5-star overall crash test rating. Details of 2016 Ford Mustang GT Revealed

Ford has revealed details of the 2016 Mustang GT which will be available later in 2015.  The 2016 Mustang GT will offer standard hood vent turn signals.  They were first offered on the 1967 Mustang and fans have been requesting their return for years!  In addition, Ford will offer over-the-top racing stripes in black or silver.
